About Plumbing Heroes
After 20+ years of working in an industry utterly saturated with unlicensed, untrustworthy, and alarmingly money hungry contractors, not to mention seeing firsthand the shoddy work and predatory business practices such so-called “professionals” tend to attract, Ulises Delgado founded Plumbing Heroes with very little in his back pocket except for the hope that one day, one very lucky community of people would regard it as a company they could call on without worry, a firm with a face, a business people could wholly depend on off its name alone, utterly saturated with well-licensed, truly trustworthy professionals dedicated to bringing the best possible service to its clientele.
Today, the number of communities Plumbing Heroes reaches is massive and ever-expanding, offering a wide range of plumbing services to meet your needs, everything from routine inspection and repair to more specialized services, many of which often require the high skills and experience that are the Plumbing Heroes standard to even diagnose, let alone resolve — all for residential and commercial properties alike.
As one of the top plumbing companies in the region, we take our customers’ peace of mind very seriously; all of our employees must pass thorough background checks, drug tests, and (of course) quality-of-work assessments before joining our team, thus ensuring that we, as a team, attract only the very best and most reliable craftspeople the field has to offer.
Started at two locations in La Puente, California, 16258 Bluebonnet Street, on the west side of town closer to Valinda, and one on the east side at 411 Whiteford Avenue, closer to Diamond Bar. These locations served as beacons for not only La Puente, but its surrounding areas. Plumbing Heroes aimed to be available no matter where someone lived when they searched for a “local plumbers.” Our aspirations today are just the same as they were all those years ago, to provide unmatched customer service, quality workmanship, and affordable care to as many people as we can reach.
Our newest location, 1517 Dunswell Avenue, in Hacienda Heights, favors more residential properties, offering more people faster service and at a fraction of the cost it would normally take. Some might say opening such a location is a rather foolish endeavor when the company as a whole could be turning a much higher profit by focusing on catering exclusively to those with the means to cough up, but our core beliefs still dictated that everyone – literally everyone in the world – has the right not to be ripped off. Such practices are simply not why we do this.
